Compatible to ISO/IEC 15693, QMars-6X is a highly optimized HF RFID chip for a wide range of applications such as retailing, unmanned retailing, counterfeit protection for consumer goods, library and industrial applications etc. 2528 bits user memory makes it outstanding among similar chips in this industry, with minimum reading magnetic field strength of less than 0.06 A/m and minimum writing magnetic field strength of less than 0.08 A/m[1]. What’s more, the input capacitance of this chip can even reach 23.5 PF.
